Fix my house!
I'm in the process of renovating a house in Nederland. No, I don't REALLY want you to come fix my house. But man this is boring and lonely work sometimes. Once the house is sold I will be leaving the area (I've been in Ned since 2002, divorced Feb 2007, long separated). Simply trying to not lead anyone on. But there is a lot of time to spend between renovation and final sale, and this place is just plain more fun with someone to be with. And I have a birthday coming up shortly. Help me celebrate! You are hereby relieved from any "omg I forgot a gift" guilt.
No strings, friendship, more. Intelligent, positive attitude. Enjoys the outdoors but doesn't mind hanging out inside or doing stuff down in the Boulder area sometimes. I'm very open as well as open minded. I don't need a discreet relationship. I make no demands of what we do or don't do. I'm 420 friendly but I don't set my alarm for it very often. I'm really only looking for someone on this site that is nearby. If I get random winks/etc from someone on the other side of the country (or even another county) I've gotta assume that its spam if it doesn't come with a message.
