Hey, I'm a 24 year old guy. I'm in fairly decent shape; I lift and do cardio several times a week; though I'm not in perfect shape, b/c well I just enjoy my weekend too much. I live a pretty hectic life. I work about 12 hour days in finance, staring at triple monitors doing math all day long; so needless to say I'm pretty stressed, and always looking for a reason to blow off some steam.
