I would have considered myself a very typical moderately successful guy decent sex life, athletic (played college football) professional (w law degrees) chasing the American dream, most important of all I was in stable dating relationship (was in a serious monogamous relationship planning marriage) everything was going along but changed suddenly Then a doctor told me i have a rare nervous system ailment (ALS or MND also called Lou Gherig's Disease) that is always terminal, completely untreatable, no idea how it occurs; just that it is NOT contagious ever or genetic in my case. Wham. I received lots of good advise to tell me what to expect no tells you what fighting something like this does to a romantic and sex life. I will spare the harlaquin melodrama of what happened with the serious relationship except that we didnot marry (life is hard) or what its like trying to conventionally date with such a diagnosis.So, several years into this unique journey the fight has taken its toll in many ways but I surpassed the first timeframe the doctors gave me. I love life from work to hobbies from friends to sex from romace to children it is all valued. I realize that a traditional malefemale relationship will take a great woman for me.
Kind, open, sweet, giving and most important of all eager to become a mother for my future child.Looking for: LOL somebody who can get past the illness. I have almost always dated slender or athletic women but a little curve can be good. My number one body part is the legs long shapely legs in hot heels and a skirt will always catch my eye. But, women are beautiful in so many ways.
