Life is good to me
I am an exercise nut, 4 times a week,I run, and workout at the local gym. . I live about two minutes from the ocean on the cape. I travel to the Dutch Antilles as often as possible, top ten dive spot in the world and nothing beats the Caribbeans at night. I am a spiritualist, although I do not use mediums to talk to ancestors.I am a follower of metaphysics, the science of life. I recognize the origin of species, biological or organic evolution.The next evolutionary impulse is psycic evolution,psyce,our soul or consciousness. I believe this is where we learn about love. Questions we ask of our self, Why are we here ?I love Zen and eastern world; Ram Dass says U hear the next message when U R resady to hear the next message. I think this is a major reason for conflict and feeling like you feel put upon by people and circumstances. I do not like being the symptomatic effect of someone's elses actions. Life is to short and I do not posess the power to change anyone, yet at times I still attempt it.
