let's see, now. I'm 32, over 6 feet tall, 245 lbs. I used to lift weights in the Army and ran 2 miles in just over 11 minutes. I'm not nearly as insanely healthy as I was then, but I try. I love to work AND play, especially outside. I have a farm, with horses, no crops. Wow, this is harder than it seems.
