I grew up in the Reno/Tahoe area and have spent the majority of my life on the West Coast and Hawaii. I now own a construction company in Aberdeen, South Dakota. My children are 19 and 20 years old and live in Oregon and California. I raised them both by myself, so we are very close and I travel a lot to visit them.
